2020 Vendor Information

North Dakota Child Care Providers Inc. is a statewide organization of child care providers and others interested in early childhood.  NDCCPI is hosting the 34th Annual Spring Child Care Conference at The Radisson Hotel in Bismarck, ND on Friday and Saturday, May 1-2, 2020 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Expected attendance is 200+ providers.

 NDCCPI plans to have displays of child-related toys, books, educational tools, art and craft supplies, provider skill enhancement ideas and information relative to early childhood available to the conference participants as well as college students and faculty.  We are inviting vendors interested in purchasing a display to register at the link provided.

Vendor Table Pricing:

  • 2 Tables..........................................................................................................$70.00
  • Can not attend, but I wish to provide flyers for conference attendee folders.
  • Can not attend but wish to send a door prize.
  • I am a non-profit and would like a table for display.............................................No Fee

Tables are reserved on a first come-first serve basis.

Vendors are asked to provide a door prize for attendees who visit your booth.
